Gas Delivery: Magnetic bearing turbo blowers provides sufficient oxygen to the fermentation tank through its powerful air or mixed gas delivery capacity. This is especially important for aerobic fermentation processes, ensuring that microorganisms or yeast can carry out metabolic activities in an aerobic environment.

Stirring and Mixing: Magnetic bearing turbo blowers can effectively stir and mix the fermentation liquid while conveying gas, promote the uniform distribution of nutrients, reduce dead corners and concentration differences in the fermentation liquid, and thus improve the uniformity of fermentation and product quality.

Temperature and Pressure Control: In some processes, magnetic bearing turbo blowers can help regulate the temperature and pressure inside the fermentation tank. By controlling the flow and pressure of the gas, it helps maintain the stability of the fermentation environment and ensures that the fermentation process proceeds under the right conditions.

The energy cost of electricity consumption accounts for 80% of the entire compressor life cycle cost, and the electricity consumption of air compressors accounts for about 50% of the total energy consumption of the entire fermentation plant. The pressure in the fermentation industry is generally stable, with a basic pressure range of 0.3-3.5 bar(g), and most of the pressure is 1.8-2.5 bar(g).

The operating pressure of the air compressor depends on the liquid level in the fermentation tank, the back pressure at the top of the fermentation tank, the pressure drop across the passenger line, and the pressure drop across the dewatering/sterilization device.

The sterile air used in fermentation plants requires strict control over multiple quality parameters, including compressed air pressure, air flow, temperature, relative humidity, and cleanliness.
