HSS magnetic bearing turbo compressor is the "heart" of the magnetic bearing heat pump, providing power for the entire heating cycle. Its performance directly determines the working capacity and efficiency of the heat pump.

China is vigorously promoting the high-quality development of the heat pump industry. Driven by the "dual carbon" policy, the heat pump industry is growing rapidly. The market size of China's heat pump industry is expected to be approximately 60 billion yuan in 2024. Heat pumps will gradually replace traditional industrial boilers. For example, Xi'an city issued a document in March 2025, stating that in principle, no new gas heating stations will be built in the city, and clean heating technologies such as heat pumps will be promoted.

The Jinan city Dongcheng district Clean Smart Heat Source Project, using technologies such as magnetic bearing heat pumps, recovers 1,250 MW of waste heat from the chemical park's cooling circulating water, generating 1,000 MW of zero-carbon urban heat. This will provide heating for nearly 30 million square meters of buildings and achieve green transformation. It is expected to save 325,000 tons of standard coal annually, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 852,000 tons, sulfur dioxide emissions by 2,762 tons, nitrogen oxide emissions by 2,405 tons, and dust emissions by 372 tons.
