Introduction

The sensor offers nanometer-level measurement accuracy, a linear output range up to 5mm, a bandwidth up to 20kHz, and temperature stability of ≤0.015%FS/K, making it suitable for both ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic materials. The probe features an integrated fully sealed design, a sensitivity of up to 6V/mm, and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C, which achieve a high signal-to-noise ratio and strong anti-interference capabilities.
