The high-speed permanent magnet motor is directly coupled to a high-efficiency three-dimensional flow impeller, saving over 30% energy compared to traditional roots vacuum pump, over 20% compared to multi-stage centrifugal vacuum pump, and over 10% compared to single-stage high-speed centrifugal vacuum pump.

 

Low Noise and Low Vibration

Thanks to its self-balancing technology, the magnetic bearing produces an order of magnitude less vibration than traditional bearings and is frictionless. Its active vibration reduction design ensures stable operation with minimal vibration. The noise level is below 80dB, improving the on-site working environment.

 

Lubrication-Free and Maintenance-Free

Lubrication system is not required, resulting in a 100% oil-free design that saves on lubrication and cleaning costs. Daily operation requires no mechanical maintenance, requiring only filter replacement.

 

Intelligent Control

Utilizing PLC + GPRS/3G/4G, the system monitors the blower's operating status in real time, enabling intelligent control mode of air flow, pressure and speed, as well as manual control mode and other control modes. Online remote maintenance and debugging are available.

Magnetic Bearing Vacuum Pump Description in Paper Industry

HSS magnetic bearing vacuum pumps are primarily used in the wet paper forming and press drying stages, specifically the wire, press and dryer sections of the papermaking process. Their primary functions include dewatering and threading. 98%-99% of the moisture in the paper is removed mechanically by the wire and press sections, with the remainder being removed in the dryer section to the desired moisture content.

Application

Vacuum Dewatering Process: In papermaking, the processed pulp is first sprayed onto the forming wire through a headbox, and then dehydrated by a vacuum box to become wet paper. Then, the wet paper is squeezed by press rollers and dried by drying cylinders, and rolled into large rolls. Finally, it is processed on a rewinder into finished paper that meets customer requirements.

Tissue Post-Processing System: During the post-processing phase of tissue production:

① When the straight-cylinder tissue roll enters the finishing machine, it is first unfolded and laid flat;

② Under negative pressure, the tissue is precisely folded into the desired shape;

③ A cutting device cuts the tissue into the desired length.

Throughout the entire process, magnetic bearing vacuum pump generates negative pressure to ensure the smooth unfolding and folding of the paper towels. It also prevents the paper towels from shifting during the cutting process, thereby ensuring cutting accuracy and consistency. This greatly improves the efficiency and quality of the paper towel post-processing process, reduces the scrap rate, and reduces equipment wear and maintenance costs.
