Introduce

The product is wear-free and maintenance-free, operating stably in a high compression ratio, and thus a high compression temperature rise, up to 25 to 30 degrees Celsius, it also has high efficiency, low energy consumption, larger processing capacity, and thus a wider range of applications.
Features
High Efficiency and Energy Saving
The impeller is directly driven by a motor, eliminating gearboxes and transmission losses. The rotor is fully suspended, friction-less and reduces mechanical losses. Compared to traditional roots steam compressor, magnetic bearing MVR vapor compressor saves over 30% energy.
Safe and Reliable
Equipped with a power-off self-generating system and auxiliary bearings, it provides safety during unexpected situations. Signal acquisition and real-time transmission correction at over 10,000 times per second ensure safe and stable system operation.
Low Noise and Environmental Protection
Operating noise levels are less than 75dB. The system is oil-free, friction-free and maintenance-free, requiring no lubrication or maintenance.
Intelligent Control
The digital control system monitors dozens of parameters, including compressor bearing temperature, shaft center-line trajectory and motor winding temperature in real time. It can be easily connected to the user's central control system for integrated control. The standard IoT feature provides real-time monitoring of operating status.
