Introduce

HSS magnetic bearing heat pump utilizes magnetic bearing technology to reduce mechanical friction, lower energy consumption and noise, and improve operational stability and lifespan. Magnetic bearing high-temperature heat pump unit recovers industrial waste heat or low-grade environmental heat energy, compresses and heats it, and then outputs high-temperature hot water or steam to meet the needs of industrial heating and residential heating. Compared with traditional heat pumps, it has higher energy efficiency and significant energy-saving effects, which helps enterprises reduce operating costs and achieve green production.

 

Features

Replaces Coal-fired and Gas-fired Boilers

Use a single, environmentally friendly refrigerant HFC-134a, utilizes a heat source measuring 18-38°C to produce high-temperature hot water at 60-80°C, meeting the needs of central heating in winter in northern China and the needs of high-temperature hot water for industrial and commercial application.

 

Energy-saving and Environmentally Friendly.

HFC-134a, an environmentally friendly refrigerant, is completely harmless to the atmospheric ozone layer.

No lubricating oil is required, eliminating oil contamination during operation.

Industrial wastewater, bathing wastewater, geothermal tail water, oilfield re-injection water and central air conditioning cooling water can all be used as heat sources. It emits no dust or exhaust gases, effectively addressing the air pollution issues associated with traditional boilers and complying with the national "dual carbon" policy.

 

High Efficiency and Energy Saving

Significant energy savings: Compared to traditional equipment, the magnetic bearing high-temperature heat pump unit achieves an average energy saving of over 30%.

High Energy Efficiency Ratio (COP): Under GB/T25861-2010-H3 operating conditions (heat source inlet water temperature 38°C, hot water outlet temperature 70°C), the full-load performance HCOP can reach over 4.12kW/kW.

 

Safe and Reliable

HSS magnetic bearing high-temperature heat pump unit is designed, manufactured and tested in strict accordance with GB/T19409 and GB/T25861-2010 standards. It utilizes a dedicated compressor for high-temperature water source heat pumps and a specially designed heat exchanger to meet the application requirements of high-temperature water outlets, with an optimized design tailored to these requirements.
