Introduce
HSS magnetic bearing turbo expander utilizes completely proprietary magnetic bearing technology, high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor technology and high-efficiency fluid machinery technology. With the characteristics of wear-free and maintenance-free, magnetic bearing turbo expander is used to convert the pressure energy and thermal energy of the organic medium gas into mechanical energy, and convert mechanical energy into electrical energy, which is mainly applied to ORC waste heat generator unit.

The impeller is directly driven by a motor, eliminating gearboxes and transmission losses. The rotor is fully suspended, friction-less and reduces mechanical losses.

Signal acquisition and real-time transmission correction at over 10,000 times per second ensure safe and stable system operation.
Low Noise and Environmental Protection
Operating noise levels are less than 75dB. The system is oil-free, friction-free and maintenance-free, requiring no lubrication or maintenance.
Intelligent Control
The digital control system monitors dozens of parameters, including compressor bearing temperature, shaft center-line trajectory and motor winding temperature in real time. It can be easily connected to the user's central control system for integrated control.
