HSS Magnetic Bearing Vacuum Pump in Paper Factory

On April 18, 2025, the operating data of HSS's magnetic bearing vacuum pump HSS-V300 ( Rated point: 240m3/min@-58.8kpa ) in a large domestic papermaking enterprise showed that results showed that it saves 30%-80% energy compared to traditional water ring vacuum pumps, about 25% energy compared to multi-stage centrifugal vacuum pumps, more than 16% energy compared to single-machine high-speed centrifugal vacuum pumps, and saves 100% water. The magnetic bearing vacuum pump can save more than 700,000 yuan in electricity bills each year.
